What is the difference between Component and Full URL?

Component works like encodeURIComponent and escapes reserved characters such as / ? & =. Full URL works like encodeURI and keeps the URL structure readable.

When should + be treated as a space?

HTML form submissions (application/x-www-form-urlencoded) encode spaces as +. Enable the option when decoding such data.

Why does decoding fail?

A % sign is followed by an invalid or incomplete byte sequence, for example %E0%A4%A.
