My IP Address

See your public IPv4 and IPv6 addresses at once, plus the address you connected with, your country and network (ASN). Free, no sign-up, checked on click.

About this tool

Check the public IPv4 and IPv6 addresses that websites see when you connect. The tool also shows which address your browser used for this site, your country and your network (ASN).

How to use

  1. Press "Check my IP".
  2. Read your IPv4 and IPv6 addresses. If one is missing, your connection does not support that protocol.
  3. Copy any value with its copy button.

Frequently asked questions

Why is my IPv6 address missing?

Your network or provider does not offer IPv6, or it is turned off on your device. Many home and office networks still use IPv4 only.

Which address do websites see?

When both work, most browsers prefer IPv6, so sites that support IPv6 see that address and the rest see your IPv4 address. The "Connected via" row shows which one this site saw.

Is my IP address stored?

No. It is looked up only when you press the button, using this site's server and ipify.org, and the result is not saved.
